About Us

TOUR IN PERU is a nationally awarded travel operator which firmly believes that professionalism and steady training of our entire staff is essential. Therefore, last February 7th we had a vibrant, dynamic top-quality services workshop in order to review and update our customer attention procedures.

In today’s very competitive business environment, we know that only by providing a 5-star service to our customers we will be able to continue leading the tourism branch both locally and nationwide. Thus, it is mandatory to constantly provide all our staff with cutting-edge training, hence this event is going to be conducted on a monthly basis.

Here are the very important topics addressed on this 6-hour meeting by our management and invited top professionals:

  • Introduction of our Integrated System of Management, by top consultant Rolando Cersso Ventura, who extensively discussed this tool aimed at the standardization and control of everything we provide our customers. The certainty behind this system is that it will increase efficiency and overall quality of all our travel products.
  • Top-Quality Services presentation, by leading tourism consultant Álvaro Recharte Cuentas, who elaborated on current high operational standards for traveling both for tourism guides and office personnel. Also on the latest international trends for improving these areas.
  • Photography and Video for travel workshop, in which related staff was additionally trained on new approaches aimed at how to optimally present our clients all the wonderful audiovisual information about the premier packages and destinations we offer throughout Peru.

TOUR IN PERU’S  Policies and Goals

We constantly require the TOUR IN PERU’s staff to meet our standards and to also share their thoughts and perceptions, so this will mean a tangible benefit for everybody: clients, personnel and the company itself. On this workshop there certainly was a much valuable result from the entire process of interaction.

Committed to Quality Services: Finally, TOUR IN PERU keeps improving efficacy, expertise in all areas and we are getting closer each day to obtaining both the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 international top-quality services certifications, for the greater benefit of our dear clients.

Our acknowledgements: Due to the continuous and great effort to improve the quatlity of our services, it is also important to mention that TOUR IN PERU just got two additional acknowledgements last year in 2018; firstly the certificate of Excellence in TRIPADVISOR and CALTUR which is the certification of quality services given by PROMPERU, the Peruvian Government; and now we are on our way to get TOURCERT, the certification in sustainable tourism.

We are sure our tourism guides and office staff greatly benefitted from this monthly quality services workshop, and are eagerly waiting for the next, so they will always offer a 5-star attention to our dear travelers from all over the world.
