    DESCRIPTION OF PLACES TO VISIT

Our experience will be a perfect blend of exploring astonishing and magical locations, such as natural ecosystems filled with flora and fauna. Among the places to visit, we have:

    • San Lorenzo Island: San Lorenzo Island, part of Callao, stands out for its historical and archaeological significance. Annexed in 1891, it has witnessed findings from the War of the Pacific and pre-Hispanic vestiges. This is a naval base that we cannot explore due to its importance and restrictions. Nevertheless, we can appreciate its surroundings and its fantastic ecosystem. It is also the largest and tallest island on the Peruvian coast. To visit, the journey starts from Callao Port, offering a unique experience to explore this historical treasure in Callao.
    • Palomino Island: The Palomino Islands, also known as Palomino Islets, are located about 6 miles from the port of the Constitutional Province of Callao, part of the Lima department. These islands, though small, host a thriving population of sea lions and marine birds, making them an attractive destination for diving. In the past, these islands were used for guano extraction, but this activity ceased due to the decline in the bird population. This allowed sea lions to take over, and presently, it’s estimated that more than 5,000 of these animals inhabit the area. Alongside sea lions, there are also fewer bird species such as seagulls, pelicans, and ducks. The precise location of these islands and their rich marine fauna make them a prominent destination for those interested in exploring the marine environment near Callao.
