What are our goals?
TOUR IN PERU, as a formal and responsible Travel Agency and Tour Operator, establishes preventive biosecurity measures against COVID-19, for the safe development of the tourist activities and services that we offer. In this way we also supervise compliance with the guidelines and recommendations provided by the Peruvian authorities, in order to protect the members of the TOUR IN PERU team and of course our clients.
Tourist protection measures
Protective equipment
The tourist must have their own protective equipment such as: surgical masks, face shield or protective glasses. The use of these implements is mandatory.
Luggage
The luggage and other belongings must be handled only by the passenger, with some exceptions in case you need help to transfer the luggage to the transport units or accommodations.
Social distancing
At all times, the tourist must respect social distancing, before, during and after the service with TOUR IN PERU, respecting the 2 meters distance from other people.
Protection measures for Guides, Porters and Cooks
Protective equipment
The company will provide the necessary protective equipment such as surgical masks, a cloth mask and a personal alcohol dispenser.
Social distancing
Our guides, cooks and porters must respect the necessary safety distance to avoid possible friction and/or contagion if the case arises, respecting the 2 meters distance from other people.
Hand washing
At all times, the tourist must respect social distancing, before, during and after the service with TOUR IN PERU.
Secure Communication
The tour guide must use a megaphone to communicate with tourists, in this way an effective and safe communication is carried out.
