About Us

This amazing tour takes you from Cusco City on a journey through the marvelous nature of the Sacred Valley. The Maras Moray half day program shows those great spots on the Andean chain in top style. Enjoy the most admirable geographical beauty and relaxing atmosphere.

Maras is a site filled with salt deposits known since Inca times, a quite wonderful, peculiar landscape. Moray is all green fields and hills, used by the Incas as an agricultural laboratory; it has circular and horizontal terraces which were aimed at providing varied conditions for studying their crops. Both places are peaceful, quiet, so beautiful, full of history and charged with the Andean natural energy. Here’s a what to bring guide for the best of times there.

Maras Moray half day – Clothing

  • For dry season (April to October): it is colder than the rest of the year, however, the Sacred Valley region is always warmer than Cusco City.
  • Sun hat
  • Sunglasses
  • Shirt
  • Light jacket
  • Light pant
  • Running shoes (you will be walking on the countryside)

For rain season (November to March): the climate gets hotter, but there are brief and occasional pourings, so you will need to add a waterproof jacket or rain poncho just in case. Also, it may be sunny, you’d want to wear shorts instead of pants.
